Dr. Bhatankar is an experienced and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist with over a decade of expertise in clinical care, teaching and community mental health. She is adept in outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, postgraduate training and school mental health advocacy, and is passionate about fostering emotionally supportive, stigma-free environments through evidence-based, culturally sensitive interventions. She founded Awakening Psychiatry Clinic in 2016, committed to the mission of "Mental Health for All," and has been actively seeing children and adolescents on an outpatient basis across Thane ever since.
